Context
Bob le Menuisier sells made-to-measure joinery online: gates, windows, doors, shutters. Every product is configured (dimensions, colour, motorisation) and installation goes through an on-site measurement appointment. The site has to reassure customers about purchases of several thousand euros.
The challenge
A made-to-measure product sells poorly through a standard site journey: customers have to choose dimensions they don't always know, understand the final price and accept an appointment before anything is made.
Our approach
- 1
A readable catalogue
Filters by opening type, material and width, “from” prices and colours visible right in the list.
- 2
A configurator that reassures
Preview at the entered dimensions, colours named in full, and an installed price that updates with every choice.
- 3
A cart and a measurement step with no surprises
A clear total, payment in instalments, and a free measurement appointment before anything is made. The site's promotional campaigns follow the same visual style.
